MaryAnne Baker, CPCP is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic professionals, the largest association for this industry. She is a certified national trainer in the art of fundamental, intermediate and advanced cosmetic tattooing. And has been tattooing for over 10 years. She likes to focus her practice on impowering her clients and building confidence and self-esteem. “My goal is to help my clients feel better about the way they look, it builds confidence, when we are confident we make better decisions in life and generally feel better about ourselves”. MaryAnne specializes in 3D nipple tattooing for breast cancer survivors, scar camouflage and cosmetic procedures. Creating realistic looking areola and nipple has been a passion which she has brought to her training program to help other artists improve their skills, which in turn will help more women feel better about the way they look. Her practice is located in the Phoenix Valley in a private studio. She has also worked in Physicians’ offices as a guest artist. As an Active member of the SPCP she must meet the highest standards for safety and technical ability. Member technicians stay current in this industry through regular newsletters, conventions and educational conferences. MaryAnne and her husband Rob live North of Phoenix in a quiet rural community with their flock of beautiful free flighted macaws.
Hannah Curtiss, Permanent Make-up Artist and Body Tattooist
Hannah is a permanent makeup artist. She has been interested in art since she was a young child. At a young age she was involved in art, from painting life sized murals in restaurants, creating comics, painting sets for theater and doing make up on her friends. She has combined her passion for art with her educational background with a degree from ASU to pursue a career in beauty. After she finished pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Special Event Management and Communications, she continued her education in Permanent Cosmetics. Attending seminars for the SPCP across the nation and finishing her fundamental training, she is now happy to be apart of making a difference in how people feel on a day-to-day basis. Being a trained professional is important to her and she believes everyone who works in the industry should always be continuing their education. “I am excited to help people feel more confident and empowered everyday. Improving and enhancing their own beauty… I am a firm believer that by looking your best every day, you will gain the confidence to succeed and be the best version of yourself”! She believes in the importance of having a clean and comfortable space for people to come to. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family, dog, and friends.
