Appointments
Please arrive on time, our session is scheduled especially for you, we will need enough time for your included consultation and discussion on how to meet your needs. Numbing cream will be applied to anesthetize the skin, a design will be drawn on prior to any tattooing and is approved by you, your session will it be approximately two hours.
Understand that skin conditions, skin type health conditions, your age, after care, sun exposure and many other factors can affect your final healed out result. A follow-up session to perfect the design is required, follow up session is not included in this voucher price.
The price for required follow-up sessions is $150 each.
Upgrades are available for Micro-blading, Ombre, Micro-Blade Ombre Combination, medium and thick eyeliner, eyeliner wings, tail, and wedges. Please see our website for details. Voucher Price Includes design work, pre-numbing topical and aftercare.
This Groupon is only valid for clients who have not had previous permanent makeup done in the desired area. Not valid for clients in need of color and or shape correction work. Options for advanced procedure including shape and color corrections or color boost on previously tattooed areas are upgrades and are available on our website. Touch-up visits are required. Credit Card information must be provided at time of booking to hold your scheduled time and is only charged if you fail to show up for your appointment.
A valid credit card is required to hold an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for missed or late appointments. We encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. By scheduling an appointment you agree to the terms.

Our online booking system allows you to see availability and to schedule your appointment, based on the service you choose. All openings are online and real time.

Existing Clients
Clients prior to March 1, 2018 if you are scheduling a touch up service your price will be adjusted down to reflect our “Grandmother Clause” pricing. This special touch up price will be valid until March 1, 2020
New Clients
A valid credit card is required to schedule your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment for service is due at time of service and you may use alternate forms of payment. We accept Visa, MC, AMX, Discover and cash.

Gift Certificates & Vouchers
Please present them at time of check in. Please read and review all fine print and rules on the voucher prior to your booking. Gift certificates & Vouchers are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift certificates & Vouchers are for services only, and no refunds will be given.
Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and “No-Shows” are subject to a $75 service fee charge. Please keep in mind that “No-Shows” or last minute cancellations create an empty time slot, preventing other clients from scheduling appointments.
Late Arrivals may not be given a time extension and may result in an adjustment to your service. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for your own benefit and the benefit of other guests. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel it necessary and in the best interest of the client.
